Had called Foley's come out to a rental property of ours to install two new air conditioning units that had broken down (really old units and both units in the attic were leaking). They let us know that they used the older refrigerant and that the cost of replacing just the units in the attic were going to be really expensive. So after some back and forth we decided to install new units which were Trane. Mark was really great in letting us know which units would be cost effective etc. When they arrived they were super friendly to the tenant and rolled out covers on the floor to keep things clean. It was mid summer so even though it was really hot, they spent hours installing it into the attic and the outside. Once they completed the work, they cleaned up the home nicely. Overall, the price/warranty/work ethic really sets Foley's apart. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
